Only by HBA will offer a single (1) complimentary alteration on each order. The service can be accommodated based on the work load /season of the company.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that only locally Ready to wear purchased items can be returned. We will respond within 24 hours upon receiving your message. After receiving approval for the return, please proceed to send the item back to us with a driver at your own cost as received with original package and label.
Refunds are not available for customized products or Items on Sale. The Ready To Wear (Original Price) can be returned only for defects that we caused. Only by HBA maintains full rights to check and correct any faults or exchange the item. If we cannot fulfill this, we will reimburse the payment within 20 business days after we receive the faulty garment.
Regrettably, cancellation or exchange is not available after you have made an order and received invoice with down payment. The estimated production period is 7 to 12 days. We adhere to a strict NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND policy For customized items. we enforce a strict NO EXCHANGE for customized items. In the case of ready-to-wear items, we may consider exchange requests made within 48 hours of order receipt, contingent upon availability. All delivery and shipping costs associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
